Feels worth it overall, and the price seems fair for what you get.

I’ve been using this brush and it’s okay overall, just not as nice as I expected. Something feels a little off with the bristles, they’re a bit uneven, and after washing it, I noticed a few hairs shedding. It still works and I’ll keep using it, but for the price, I thought the quality would be better

I ordered a canvas from mindbrush.co using one of my favorite photos, and I was a little nervous about how it would come out. I’ve had prints before where the faces looked soft or the little details got lost, but this one was actually really clear. The colors came out a bit warmer than the original picture, so it wasn’t an exact match, but the overall look was really close. It’s not absolutely perfect, but when I opened it up, I was pleasantly surprised and liked it more than I expected

I got stuck almost right away... the directions just weren’t very clear. I kept having to guess what I was supposed to do next, which got frustrating fast. Maybe other people can figure it out fine, but for me the instructions felt messy and hard to follow. Not a great experience

I received a faulty item and asked for a replacement. They did send one in the end, but it arrived later than they’d originally said... and I had to keep following up by email to get updates.

When I asked about getting a refund instead, the whole process felt slow and not very clear. It did get sorted eventually, but honestly... it was way more stressful than I expected.

I tried mindbrush.co as someone completely new to this, and I felt lost. The site looks nice in places, but I kept wishing there was more basic guidance or simple step-by-step explanations. I clicked around a lot and still wasn’t totally sure if I was doing things the right way. I even found myself wanting to check what other beginners were saying to see if it was just me. It might be better if you already know what you’re doing, but as a beginner, I found it kind of frustrating.

The paint started chipping fast, which was disappointing. I expected it to hold up better.

The box was clean, no dents, and everything inside was packed securely. Nothing felt thrown together or cheap. It was just a relief to open it and see everything protected and looking perfect.

I found what I needed Quick and didn’t have to click through a bunch of confusing pages. it was just simple and Easy to use.

I gave mindbrush.co a try mainly because I wanted something to help me unwind after work. It did help me slow down a little, and a few parts were actually calming, so I can’t say it was a bad experience.
That said, it didn’t really wow me or feel like something I’d come back to every day. I’m also always a bit wary of customer service with these kinds of sites, so I wouldn’t want to rely on it too much if anything went wrong. For basic relaxation it’s fine, just kind of depends on your mood. 3 stars feels about right.

I ordered from mindbrush.co and, shockingly, the package actually showed up faster than I expected. The tracking took its sweet time updating, because apparently it needed a little mystery, but the order arrived in good shape anyway. Overall, happy with the shipping.

I’ve been burned by shade matches before, so I didn’t fully trust that this would be right. But it matched my shade really well.
